Who are we?

OhrConsulting is a strategy and management consultancy that enables and supports clients to achieve and maintain a customer-centric approach throughout the value chain. We offer our clients expert strategic and operational know-how, focusing squarely on sales and implementation. In our experience, strategic concepts that are consistently conceived from the end customer’s point of view bring our clients maximum success. That’s why we also work with start-ups and cutting-edge agencies: to offer our clients the highest level of innovative prowess.

Customer Centricity

We firmly believe that, in future, almost all business models will need to be designed from the customer’s perspective. Fewer and fewer businesses will succeed on the market with product-focused thinking.

Instead, innovation is needed at the POS and throughout the digital world, combined with relevant and excellent customer service. Customer insights and expertly-designed customer journeys are no longer the exclusive domain of marketing teams or analysts – customer insights and strategy must be a number one priority on the top-management agenda. And companies need to commit to zeitgeist topics like sustainability, purpose, and positive leadership.

Implementation Focus

Strategy needs to be grounded in reality. Most strategy projects fail during implementation. For us as consultants, this means addressing three core challenges.

Developing real-life strategies: Looking pretty on a slide is not enough. Strategies must be developed with a focus on execution-relevance for the respective industry, target group, and company.

Boosting operational competence: Often, consulting companies leave after the strategy phase leaving companies the challenge of implementation, even if they don’t have the necessary resources or competencies available.

Understanding transformation: At OhrConsulting, clients’ strategies are always developed and supported in such a way that they can be implemented successfully. To help our clients establish leadership/change processes, we have built a close network of partners, all of whom have many years of practical experience in retail sales and digital leadership.

START-UP THINKING

In our experience, large companies can learn a lot from start-ups and New Work – and vice versa. All of our consultants are deliberately working with new start-ups who are at the forefront of (digital) innovation.
